Booking info

Reservation:
To make a binding reservation, please make a deposit of EUR 200.00 per apartment by bank transfer within the Single Euro Payments Area, with no fees for the recipient within 14 days.
Payment:
The room bill can be paid in CASH only. We do not accept any credit cards or debit cards.
Arrival/Departure:
Check-In: from 14:00, Check-Out: until 10:00. Should your arrival be delayed until after 18:00, please let us know.
Parking:
Ample parking is available to our guests.
Non-smoking apartments:
We kindly ask you not to smoke in our apartments. We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience.
Pets:
For reasons of hygiene, we do not allow pets.
Ski passes:
You will receive the guest card on arrival. Completely and correctly filled in, this is shown at the cable cars to get a VIP ski pass at considerable discount for the skiing area Ischgl/Samnaun.
Cancellation:
Cancellations are only effective in writing. If cancelling up to three months before the agreed arrival date, no cancellation fee is payable. Up to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40 % of the total agreed price. Up to 1 week before arrival and in the last week before arrival, we charge 90 % of the total agreed price. Should fewer people then the number booked arrive, the full apartment rate is charged. In case of early departure or late arrival, the apartment price will be charged for the days actually booked (no deductions).
Travel cancellation insurance:
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance: www.europaeische.at.
